Terms and Conditions – Qurbani Campaign

This Qurbani campaign is organized by Al Bukhari Islamic center.

The Qurbani project aims to carry out the ritual sacrifice of animals during Eid al-Adha and distribute the meat to madrasah students and needy families in Latin America.

2. Donations and Sponsorships:

  • Each donation is a sponsorship of one full or part Qurbani animal.
  • Donations are accepted on behalf of the donor to fulfill their religious obligation or for general sadaqah (as specified by the donor).
  • All payments must be made through the official payment gateway provided on our platform.
  • Donations are non-refundable once the Qurbani has been assigned and/or executed.

3. Animal and Execution Details:

  • Only healthy, Shariah-compliant animals will be selected (sheep, goat, or cattle, depending on region and need).
  • All sacrifices will be carried out according to Islamic principles and within the timeframe of Eid al-Adha.
  • In case of unavoidable changes in slaughter location or timing (e.g., logistical issues), the donor will be informed via email or phone.

4. Distribution:

  • Meat will be distributed directly to designated madrasahs and families in need across Latin America.
  • We prioritize registered institutions and communities verified by our local partners.

5. Certificates and Reports:

  • A Qurbani confirmation or report may be provided upon request.
  • Due to the scale of the project, individual photo/video proof of each sacrifice may not be possible, but general campaign documentation will be shared.

6. Liability Disclaimer:

  • While we take full responsibility for organizing the Qurbani in good faith and with integrity, Al Bukhari Islamic center is not liable for delays or changes due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:

  • Personal data collected during registration will be used strictly for internal records and communication related to this project.
  • We do not share or sell donor information to third parties.

By proceeding with the donation, the donor confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
